We loved this condo! They were renovating the exterior during our stay and we were made aware of this before arriving. We arrived on Saturday and the air conditioning was not working on Sunday, however the repairman came the same day and fixed it! The dishwasher did not work. The first repairman said it needed a water pump or replaced. A different repairman came in Friday and said he would have to submit the issue and get approval. The condo was very spacious for our family of 10! The kitchen had enough supplies for cooking, yet could use an air fryer, crock pot, and wood utensils for the teflon pans. We didn’t have rain until the last day of our stay and when we got the puzzles out they were all missing many pieces - probably time to toss them and get some new ones. The internet struggles to stay connected but worked ok. The elevators are super slow and have no air circulation. The two pools, splash park, and hot tub were all great! The beach access was perfect. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would book again!

Great property location, very spacious when staying with a lot of people. Liked that the property already had a pack and play and high chairs as well as some kids plates/silverware. Only critique of the property is that it would be nice to have some more towels for the bathrooms and kitchen.

Omg let’s talk about this place!!!! It’s amazing exactly how the pictures looks. The view is everything. We were in love with how close we were to the beach and pool! This is a central location to go eat or shop and just have fun including adult fun.

While booking it did say completely redesigned but further down in the description mentioned construction would be going on. I would have never assumed to the degree that it was. We had a Oceanside view but two of the days were completely blacked out so they could work on the balcony. Also the day prior they called saying they needed all the furniture off the balcony and stored in our condo. Due to the size of our party that was not an option and they were able to relocate it somewhere else. Walking around on our floor was a nightmare for any age as there were extension cords, jackhammers, reciprocating saws, and chunks of caulking laying out everywhere. The crews did their best to move stuff out of the way as we walked but a major inconvenience. The noise made it unbearable to be in the condo from basically 9am until 4. The rating of a 3 is solely due to the degree of construction going on. I would put it lower but they did mention construction.
