New addition: enjoy the convenience of an outdoor shower—perfect for rinsing off after beach time. Located on the right side of the home from the beach side. On top of all the other excellent features, there are FOUR parking spaces included with this unit! This house was in the perfect location and perfect for our family girls getaway! I planned this trip for sister-in-laws who had never been to the beach or ocean before and it was so awesome for them!! The house was well-stocked and clean with plenty of comfortable sleeping just as advertised. There are NO surprises in this rental - you get exactly what’s shown in the photos. The BIGGEST plus - NO driving to the water - you truly just walk out of the door and you are on the sand. And a nice convenience store just 1/2 a block away lets you pick up anything you might have missed stocking up. We drove down to the boardwalk area for big meals and highly recommend stopping by and checking out those restaurants and shops…. We will talk about this trip for years!

First the location is awesome! Property needs some upgrading tho. Read the list of things to bring, like trash bags. Unit is not fully equipped. Some wall plugs are fire hazards and there was trash and broken glass on patio. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
