Rating Details:
The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

I booked this condo, because of the location being right at the beach and it was pet friendly. There are some pros and cons. First we will start with pros, easy beach access! The ground level with kids and a dog was also great. However the cons, the condo didn't stay cool. There were zero games for us to play during the evenings. Zero grass for our dog. We had to walk the dog across the street. The hot water wasn't hot, just warm. Nothing in the binder on the counter for suggestions to eat or activities for the kids. No water toys for the kids to play with. It was also not disclosed that no pets are allowed on the beach. It was disappointing not being able to include our dog on the beach. We will be visiting Destin again, just not this particular condo.

Very nice property, clean condo, plenty of bath towels for our family.Could use a ceiling fan in main room. Map of rooms could be posted instead of having to hunt for the room. Never found anything about laundry

Condo has been updated. Kitchen well appointed. Plenty of plugs and chargers. A sofa cover provided if you have a pet-very nice. Very comfortable Good access to the beach and close to restaurants. The only complaint is the master bed frame has a point that I ran into going to the bathroom at night. The condo allows dogs but the complex is not dog friendly. There is no good place to walk your dog. Management was great to work with. Appreciated the chairs provided on the beach. Would stay again.

This was the second time at this property first was a different unit. Inside the unit was well equipped and clean. The issue we had was the construction going on for 2 days. High fumes and very loud noises. Our car got very dirty and a scratch on the driver’s side of the car. One night there were very loud people out at the pool until 2am right outside the unit. Informed the lady there. We love the location was disappointed was not informed of construction before checking in.
