Occupancy: Maximum of 8 guests at all times; babies, infants, and children are included in the occupancy limit.
Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+, occupy the property for the entire stay, and children are welcome with their parents.
Rental Agreement: Must be signed within 48 hours of booking the reservation. A signed rental agreement is required for ALL reservations. This must be electronically signed for your door code to be activated.
Security Verification: Guests must complete the required security verification process. This must be completed for your door code to be activated.
No Smoking/Vaping/Open Flames: No smoking, vaping, candles, incense, or open flames inside the property or on balconies/patios.
Dogs: At dog-friendly properties, a signed Dog Addendum and $150 + tax fee is required; maximum of 1 dog.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM; please be respectful of neighbors and HOA/community rules.

We enjoyed our stay at Aqua Villa! Easy access to the beach! Condo was clean and comfy!

I just wanted to list these pros and cons, that may be helpful for other guest.
Pros-steps to the beach. There is no long board walk. It is very close and great for kids.
The pool is very large and has a deep end of 8.5 ft.
There was extra trash bags and extra laundry pods which was very appreciated.
The shower in the master was very large.
There is a tom thumb right in front of the condo. It is very easy to walk to and its stocked with all the essentials. Food, snacks, toiletries, beach toys, floats, flash lights etc etc
Its a very small condo with only 4 floors, so the elevator is fast, but very very small.
The host is very nice and communication was easy and helpful!!!
Nice large Tv in all rooms!! Surround sound was wonderful
Dog friendly which is a huge plus !!
Cons- The master bed is very uncomfortable
There are no extra linens except for one set for the couch bed- bring your own.
There was only 2 dish towels. Bring your own.
The water pressure is terrible
There are no seasonings. Bring your own salt, pepper etc.
Bar stools and kitchen chairs were very small and hard to sit in.
Location is very secluded from restaurants, donuts or touristy places. We drove into Destin to eat or do anything at night. Which was a quick 20 minute drive. It is nearly impossible to get into the fort Walton area because of construction which backs up traffic pretty bad.
