About this apartment rental

One King DP (Deep Pocket) bed in the master bedroom and two Full DP (Deep Pocket) beds in the guest bedroom. There is also a Sleeper Sofa in the living room allowing this unit to sleep up to 8 people. There is a 48" TV in the living room, a 32" TV in the master bedroom and a 20" TV in the guest bedroom. This unit also includes three DVD players, blender, crock pot, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryers and dryer rack. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers. Only one dog is preferred as per owner. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs).
