The accommodations are lovely and provide everything you need for a wonderful vacation in the area. The beach is beautiful and just a short walk away. A perfect setting for a family getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return someday soon.

A quaint basement suite in the Victoria/Colwood area. There is a kind couple living in the upstairs of this house and you have the basement suite with separate entry. They have beautifully renovated the space. You have access to their fenced in backyard which is filled with various fruit trees. We were a family of 5, and while I found the master bedroom mattress overly firm and uncomfortable for my taste, the double bunkbed with a twin on top was comfortable so we made it work. I was VERY thankful for the laundry. My recommendations would be to add a drying rack for swim/delicates for laundry. They understandably didn't want us picking the fruit in the backyard, but I had a hard time keeping our puppy from eating all the fruit that had dropped to the ground. While apples are safe, I get concerned over consuming large quantities of apple seeds, etc. Overall I would recommend this place if you have a car in the area. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Very sweet couple.
