About this apartment rental
I am pleased to present a newly renovated flat studio adapted and equipped for a long or short stay of our wonderful guests.
Please note that the apartment's location is right in the center of West Bromwich with
-shops,
-pubs,
-banks,
-playground for children,
-swimming pool,
-shopping mall,
-cinema,
-gym,
-beautiful and great Sandwell Valley Park
and many other attractions.
From the west bromwich bus station, you'll get to every area in Birmingham. Easy and quick access to Birmingham city center is provided by the train, many buses and the motorway, which is close to junction 1 of the M5.
Quiet and peaceful studio flat is in a monitored building where long-term tenants live, so we know the neighbors next door very well, which gives even more security for our guests.
The apartment is not suitable for special events or any other type of event.
For our guests we provide
Wi-Fi with a router in the middle of the room,
all kitchen equipment to prepare meals and make delicious tea or coffee with coffee maker in the morning.
If you get dirty while playing in the kitchen, you can work out your clothes in the washing machine and then iron it with the iron that is provided.
You can cool your drinks in the freezer compartment and you can rest after the trip on a comfortable double bed with fresh linen which is included in the price.
In the morning you don't need to rush our check out time is 11.00am so you can spend a longer time in the shower using our fresh towels and lotion assigned to each guest.

- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
