Pleasant stay

It was clean Had most of the facility in the kitchen area

Bed was next to the wall so had to jump over to get off. Bed was creaking everytime I turned and tossed. No shower gel or handwash in bathroom

Stayed 30 minutes and booked another hotel! Says it all!

Nothing. The owner was easily contactable and reasonable. Refunded half the cost as we didn’t say, for reasons outlined below Didn’t stay the one night booked and left within 30 minutes

No bedding for pull out sofa bed Kitchen required a lot of work to bring up to standard A deep clean would also be required Breakfast table not properly secure and tap was loose and leak in cupboard No plates/cutlery Property really needs to be advertised accurately

Good idea of a conversion apartment with kitchen facilities

The accommodation was dusty and dirty. Looks like it hadn't been cleaned properly for years! The kitchen was unusable. The toaster had crumbs all over it. The cupboards were dirty. The fridge was unhygienic. There was hair all over the hoover, and I found a strand of hair under the duvet. The shower was nasty! My child and I arrived at the apartment around 10pm and I spent about 40 mins cleaning the kitchen. I was so devasted and disappointed. I couldn't even sleep! I asked for a refund and had no choice but to find alternative accommodation as I had booked to stay for 5 days. I had more photos to show how appalling the place is, but the limit was only 4. I will not recommend this apartment to anyone!

Ok but just needs finishing touches

Parking space In front of the property.

Needs a bit of TLC; missing cupboard door, skirting board needs reattaching, ceiling in bathroom needs fixing, bathroom door frame and handle need fixing, fold down breakfast bar needs securing, securing of bedroom storage units. Could also do with a deep clean, like cleaning the grout in the bathroom. No tea or coffee?

Comfortable place

Warm and cozy. The host responds quickly to any concerns.

There was no bed sheet available to use for the sofa bed. There was only a duvet inside the box under the bed. We found out about this late at night so we did not bother to disturb the host. Other than that, the place was fine.

Very disappointing

Decent location

No toilet paper, no hair dryer, no pillows for spare bed, no duvet for the sofa bed. The sheet on the sofa bed was visibly dirty. There was an oven but no oven gloves. They was no working lock on toilet, no tea towel, not enough towels, disgusting floor in toilet, shower ergonomically in the wrong place. The sky light was leaking directly onto pillows on the bed, noisy street. Terrifyingly, the breakfast bar leaning so we had to hold the plates carefully so they didn't fall off. Not enough plates and bowels for 4 people. The pixels on the led heater not working so i couldn't tell what temperature it was when trying to set it. Hard lumpy pillows, it needs a bedside lamp. We were two adults and two children. Once the sofa bed was opened out, you couldn't open the front door which was a bit worrying in case there was a fire.

location to my work - easy check in process a lovely small apartment perfect for anyone working away.

Lovely apartment. Ideal for our needs and close to the activities that we wanted to do.

Only criticism is the sofa bed wasn't comfortable, could feel the wood on your back.

Location so we could travel to NIA with ease and it was nice and quiet.

Smaller than I expected from the adverts. Was a tight squeeze for 2 adults and 2 young children. Facilities were tired and in need of an update.

Weekend stay

It was a nice little place to stay but I think it needs some TLC.

Its not that I didn't like something but I personally think If you renting somewhere out for people to stay in you expect it to be up to a standard. The decor needed all redoing. There wasn't like home stuff like tea towels, cloths, cooking oil ext stuff you shouldn't expect to bring with you. There was old food left in the fridge and the cupboards (well in fridge was old milk and in cupboards were opened cereal) The grouting needed redoing In the bathroom and it didn't really look like it had being cleaned. Nothing was organised in the cupboards either and was just shattered everywhere. It was smaller than expected like it was mass hard to sit on the sofa comfortably with my husband but it wasn't a big deal. I just think more thought needs to go in the place in my opinion but other than that it was fine.

Great little apartment, there was 4 of us and we had everything we needed. The location was great for Birmingham City Centre and the fact it came with parking was so convenient. I would highly recommend it.
