Non-Refundable Fee: All cancellations are subject to a 10% non-refundable fee. This covers administrative processing time, merchant transaction costs, and non-recoverable platform fees.
Refund Window Compliance (e.g., 14+ days prior to check-in): Guests will receive a refund of the booking cost minus the mandatory 10% fee.
Outside Refund Window: The standard cancellation policy selected at the time of booking will be strictly applied.

This is a smoke-free property to help maintain a clean, fresh environment for all guests and residents. Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home or common areas.

To respect our neighbors and community, parties and loud gatherings are not allowed. This home is best suited for guests seeking a quiet and peaceful stay.

Parking Information
One reserved Private garage parking space (#6) is provided for your stay. Please park only in this designated space and be mindful of other residents’ parking. If you arrive with a second vehicle, it may be parked in front of the property.

Guest Verification & Fees
A $50 damage waiver applies per stay. The booking guest must complete our guest verification form and provide a government-issued ID prior to check-in. Check-in instructions and door access will only be released once verification is completed.

Pet Policy
One dog is welcome for a pet fee per stay. Additional pets may incur extra charges. Cats are not permitted due to severe owner allergies.

Reservations of 30+ nights require a signed lease agreement and security deposit, refundable per lease terms and subject to deductions for damages or excessive utilities.

Last-Minute Bookings
Same-day reservations between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM are welcome and subject to availability. Reservations made after 6:00 PM require a refundable $200 security deposit, returned within 7 days after checkout if no damage occurs.

I would give Stylish and Cozy 5 plus stars. This was my second stay while in Ohio, I came back because of how clean and cozy it is. It had everything I needed, and not a lot of stuff I didnt need. Im sure i will stay here again.
