This was hands down the nicest home we’ve ever stayed in—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It felt like home the moment we walked in. We enjoyed our stay very much. We used this as our home base while visiting with family. My two grandsons were even able to walk here from their school, which was an extra special time for us. Beds were very comfortable and we didn’t feel that anything was lacking. Wish we could have enjoyed the outdoor area but we were just too busy. Would definitely book again. Very nice neighborhood.

My parents and I needed a place to stay near Oakwood/Dayton for a family wedding, but all the hotels were booked for a UD alumni event. We luckily found this amazing home in Kettering and it was beyond perfect. I expect we'll return here on future visits. The owners were so friendly and inviting. They've obviously made efforts to modernize the home for guests. It was the perfect size for the 3 of us, but could easily accommodate 6 thanks to the office/3rd bedroom. There were plenty of amenities - honestly the first rental house in ages that actually had enough toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags for the length of our visit. Beds were super comfy. Plenty of closet and dresser space. And so conveniently located to all our activities across the week. Highly recommend.

This is a great space for friends or families to stay. Plenty of areas to spread out and a great common space to be together! It was the perfect place for my bridesmaids and I to stay the night before my wedding and get ready in the next day! Our host, Kelli, even left a sweet note and some treats for us since she knew it was my wedding day. So thoughtful!

For four years we’ve stayed in South Park to be close to campus and short Uber back from the obligatory Tim’s night with our student, but I can’t say enough fabulous things about our stay here in Kettering. Our hosts were amazing - easy communication and help with date changes, checkin. The home was spotless and had all we needed for our five day stay. The neighborhood is full of precious families and kids. It was great having a driveway for our uhaul trailer and a well appointed kitchen for all the cooking I thought I had to do (the neighbors graciously invited us to their block party and helped with the multiple trays of leftover chicken salad sandwiches I made). A very easy drive to “the UD neighborhood”. Very close to Oak Room which was a great alternate to the Pine Club (and they took reservations). Nearby liquor and grocery stores. Great neighborhood for running (if you are into that). A sofabed in the study could have accommodated an extra rogue family member or two if we needed it last minute but we did not. Showerhead was amazing as we tried to steam off two semesters of funk from our weary bodies each night. Both beds so comfortable. And our host and hostess - the best. This makes an easy longer stay, if you need it. Highly recommend - would say we’d be back for sure, but we are done at UD. You, however, should stay here!

My husband was in town to do some work at the Air Force Museum and the timing coincided with the solar eclipse, so we decided to find a rental for a few days. We found this beautiful home and we cannot say enough about it! First of all, driving into the adorable little neighborhood this home is located, we admired the beautiful homes, manicured lawns, and the peaceful environment. It is in a beautiful location! When we walked into the house, we were blown away by the beautiful decor and all the modern amenities and updates that have been done. We also had our little Pom with us and there were dog treats, a bed, and a toy so thoughtfully put out for her use. The bed was so extremely comfortable that we slept as well as if we were at home in our own bed. That’s a HUGE plus! I was so impressed, I had to text the host right away! Our host, Kelli, was responsive and so very kind and helpful. We were so grateful and appreciative of her help and all the special touches she added to this lovely home. The next time we are in the Dayton area, we will definitely want to stay with Kelli again! She was amazing!

This home has been updated nicely and is pet friendly. Hosts were extremely accommodating. I am a long term Dayton area resident and relocated out of state last year. I had need to return to the area for a few days and found this gem. This property is in a very nice, safe, established neighborhood and is close to shopping, restaurants and all major highways. I highly recommend it.

This charming property is the best rental I have ever stayed at. Every amenity is well thought out and provided. Kitchen supplies, laundry, soft towels, office, tvs in family and bedrooms and even throw blankets. Great hot shower with good water pressure. Property owner went above and beyond in responsiveness to us. I hope to stay there again. It is very close to UD campus (9 min) and 2 min from charming town of of Oakwood with great shopping, grocery and Graeter’s ice cream. This propert is a gem and perfect 10 out of 10!
