Basil was wonderfully communicative. Place was great - good location and nice backyard area.

My brother, sister, and needed a place to stay for an out of town funeral. This three bedroom VRBO fit the bill. Cost was good, place was clean and comfortable.

The house was clean and spacious. Just what we needed for a quick weekend away close to the university.

Basic space that is functional for a stay. Decent neighborhood. 6 cup coffee maker was a real bummer and one bed had uncomfortable downward slope. Couches and recliners very comfy. House is dark and could use some floor lamps. Kitchen counters with cigarette burns. Shower had very slow drain.
