Very nice neighborhood. Home was clean except bathtub and there was a bad odor coming from the garbage can. Bed linens were nice, but towels were very small and thin. Host left water bottles, which was much appreciated. Overall, the rental met our needs for our weekend in Dayton

Online description of property was accurate, house was clean, and Basil was very quick to respond whenever we had questions. Perfect location to visit University of Dayton
