About Sunrise Pointe at Laguna Key
The open-concept interior of Sunrise Pointe at Laguna Key with high ceilings, maximizes flow and function. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a built-in wine cooler for added convenience. You'll find two guest bedrooms adjacent to the kitchen with queen beds, along with a full-sized laundry room. On the top level of the home, you'll find the master suite with a king bed. The master bedroom features a private balcony offering panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon, and a spacious ensuite with a tiled shower, garden tub, double vanity, and his and her walk-in closets. There are 3 more bedrooms on the top floor and 2 full bathrooms. Bedroom 2 sleeps 4 in 2 twin bunk beds and has a shared Jack-N-Jill bathroom with Bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 sleeps 2 in a queen bed. Bedroom 4 has a twin bed and Twin bunk and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Enjoy the views to the east of the home with over 53 undeveloped acres of property protected by the Laguna Cove NRDA Restoration Project. Step outside to enjoy the warm Alabama sunshine on a total of 1200 sq ft. wrap-around porches or take a refreshing dip in its temperature-controlled gunite pool.(additional fees apply for pool heating). Laguna Key offers guests 24/7 private security. This house is great for a family. We had 3 couples, two of our Moms, and 3 children between 4-9 years old. There were so many bathrooms which is amazing when you share a house as a family. The master and the room with twin beds overlook the ocean side and there’s a good view between houses on the beach side of the street. Other rooms overlook the pool. Speaking of, the pool was amazing. Great size to take a dip after time at the beach. At night it’s heated and has lighting which made it usable sun up to sun down. We had everything we needed. It’s a close walk to beach access and the beach is not crowded. At the far end there are no houses or hotels and it’s a beautiful spot for family photos. The only thing I’d bring next time is an extra blanket. The house gets nice and cold! First time to Gulf Shores and would definitely visit again. Very family friendly area and great beach!

We loved the layout of the home, the wrap around decks, the private pool, community amenities and access to the beautiful beach. The furnishings in the homes were lovely and comfortable, except for the white fabric dining room chairs! With 7 children under 8 no one could relax during meal time! We ended moving 4 of the 10 chairs out of the dining room and pushing the tables together so that the benches were the only thing the children had access to. Once we got that figured out - we had a fabulous time!

Elevator was out a hole day. Listed that there was a golf cart on promise but wasn’t. We had two people with back problems and had to use stairs. Dishwasher was broke but finally got it fix
