We had a great stay in terms of location, which is truly beautiful. The gated, private setting made for peaceful evening walks, and being able to see dolphins from the balcony was a highlight.However, the cleanliness and maintenance fell short of expectations. Several dishes we pulled from the cabinets were still wet and not properly cleaned, so we had to wash most items before use.We also washed the bedding during our stay, and when we removed everything, the mattress underneath had multiple visible staining, which was very off-putting.The pool area also needed attention. There was a decaying crab in the pool (likely from wildlife), but the pool net was torn and unusable, so we were unable to clean it ourselves and had to wait for scheduled service. This limited our ability to use the pool.Due to these issues, we ultimately chose to leave a day early.Overall, the property has a lot of potential and the location is excellent, but improved cleaning standards and basic maintenance are needed to meet expectations.

This house is great for a family. We had 3 couples, two of our Moms, and 3 children between 4-9 years old. There were so many bathrooms which is amazing when you share a house as a family. The master and the room with twin beds overlook the ocean side and there’s a good view between houses on the beach side of the street. Other rooms overlook the pool. Speaking of, the pool was amazing. Great size to take a dip after time at the beach. At night it’s heated and has lighting which made it usable sun up to sun down. We had everything we needed. It’s a close walk to beach access and the beach is not crowded. At the far end there are no houses or hotels and it’s a beautiful spot for family photos. The only thing I’d bring next time is an extra blanket. The house gets nice and cold! First time to Gulf Shores and would definitely visit again. Very family friendly area and great beach!

We loved the layout of the home, the wrap around decks, the private pool, community amenities and access to the beautiful beach. The furnishings in the homes were lovely and comfortable, except for the white fabric dining room chairs! With 7 children under 8 no one could relax during meal time! We ended moving 4 of the 10 chairs out of the dining room and pushing the tables together so that the benches were the only thing the children had access to. Once we got that figured out - we had a fabulous time!

Elevator was out a hole day. Listed that there was a golf cart on promise but wasn’t. We had two people with back problems and had to use stairs. Dishwasher was broke but finally got it fix
