House is nice and the location is great. We lived that it was not crowded. We seen so many dolphins every morning from the deck. House does need some upgrades but overall nice place.

Location perfect! Overall could use updates, paint and minor repairs but did not take away from our enjoyment. One negative. Could use more towels . Only 2 per bathroom so we had to do laundry often

The view was great, the house needed some cleaning and repair work done while staying there and the bar stools were horrible and they were asked to take them out for safety reasons and the back stairs had to be repaired for safety. We also had to spray for ants and roaches underneath the sink. The rug underneath the table needs to be cleaned and we also had to have the benches to the table fixed before using them. There wasn’t enough towels in the bathrooms for the adults, other than that we still enjoyed the beach and the weather was perfect. Thank you,Peggy Bennett
