About this house rental
A stunning, bright 6BR beach house, very large, 2700 sq. ft. Best location, overlooking the Gulf direct access to 13th St. beach. Beautiful ocean views from most rooms, large 30' balconies. Great appointments,large kitchen, granite, stainless, tile throughout. Master king and queen bedrooms have balconies overlooking the gulf. King beds are memory foam. House has a large, 21'x40' shared pool behind. We also have a splash pad/water park next to the pool..kids love it. Home has a large, enclosed out door shower, a barbecue grill and picnic table. There are 6 televisions, one big screen in the living area, the others in 5 of the bedrooms. We have roku and Hulu Live. Ample parking, you have at least 4 spots and since we are a corner location there is a lot of off street parking Location is perfect, we are just 2 miles from the center of town but away from the hi rises. Just a few steps to the beach. Our beach is enormous, a wide swath of white, crystal sand. Close activities include swimming, boating, surfing, jet ski parasailing, etc. Please note I have a 7 night minimum in summer starting Memorial Day till the 2 week of August--and typically I have a 5 night minimum in spring and fall, 3 nights in winter. But often I can be flexible on min stay requirements. Check with me.

Plenty of room. Beach access is awesome! The pool was nice to keep kids occupied. If you have a little one a baby gate would be nice but we knew there would be steps. Open area concept was great for family time. Owner was always a text away.

Accurate website description. Lots of space for our multigeneration family to spread out. Large bedrooms. Beach access right across the street. Wifi not always reliable and could use a boost.

Location was great! Literally right across the street from the beach. Able to access the beach easily and walk back up to the house when we needed to. Parking under the house was easy & having a pool right behind the house was wonderful.
We did find bed bugs and notified the owner immediately. The owner sent an exterminator out within about 2 hours who confirmed the presence of bed bugs and sprayed the rooms but said the house would need to be fumigated and that would require us to vacate for 4 hours but no one ever came to fumigate and no one ever reached back out to us about when they would be coming to fumigate.
Also the house in this picture is not the #3 condo which is what we were told we rented. The house in the photo is the house beside the house that was rented to us. I know for a fact because the railings on the balconies in this photo have metal white railings and the house we stayed in had unsafe cords for railings which were mostly loose and needed to be tightened. So the balconies were an unsafe area for children to be in my opinion. The splash pad photo is very outdated. The splash pad does not have all those pieces but was sufficient for our children. Also almost all the pool chairs were broken in some form. There was a cable box under the house with loose cables coming out everywhere. The first night the oven handle came off the oven and we had to tighten it to get it to stay on. The refrigerator was missing more shelves that were actually in the fridge.
