Make yourself at home! Guests have full access to the entire house, carport, pool and boat dock.
Other things to note:
☀ We use a fantastic house cleaning company that provides clean bedding, towels/wash cloths, and a starter kit for each new guest that includes 1 use of the following items to get you started for your trip: Dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent.
☀ This house is on stilts so their are stairs! Stairs to get to the main living area and then stairs to get to the 2nd floor as well.
☀ Pool is open year round and is heated. The pool has an electric heater and is set at 88 degrees when being heated. Please note that although 88 degrees is warm, it is not hot tub temperatures (99-102 degrees) and when outdoor temperatures fall below 50 degrees the pool heater will shut off to avoid overheating.
The co-hosts for this property (Madison & Cody) will be your primary point of contact throughout your stay and are happy to assist you with anything that you need. Ultimately, our level of interaction is completely on your terms but if you need us, we are just a text/email/phone call away. We are so grateful for the opportunity to have you as our guest! This worked out great for my team building event. Great views, plenty of room for the 5 of us (plus spouses) and lots to do. My wife and I moved to the area because we love Gulf Shores. As we were leaving this morning, my team asked if we could come back next year. They loved the location and the property.

We have a wonderful time, and our hosts were very quick to respond and communicate with us. The home was terrific and our large family had a great time and we were all very comfortable.

A great gathering spot for my sisters and all of our families for a fun week! House has everything we needed. Especially well equipped kitchen since we eat all our meals at the house. View of the lagoon was gorgeous. Kids enjoyed fishing off the dock all week. Supply of beach toys and towels was so great! Very responsive hosts. Only a few things we would suggest...-A stand alone ice maker...lots of people for smaller sized fridge and ice maker-hose for the pool deck and washing off beach stuff-beds were super comfy....sheets, not as great. These are not necessarily us complaining...just honest feedback. We so enjoyed our week!
