The home has an amazing floor plan with 7 bedrooms (5 of those have access to waterfront decks), 5 full baths, and a guest bath on the main living level! Every room in this home has a water view!! It is amazing! This home is perfect and designed for a large family, multiple families or a gathering of friends!!

The West Beach area of Gulf Shores has a wonderful throwback beach town feel! Houses and duplexes line the 2-lane road for miles. Mixed in you will find small locally owned groceries and some outstanding restaurants. The beach front is easily accessible whether you are directly on the beach, across the road, or just under the pass! West Pass is an ecological treasure chest where Little Lagoon meets the Gulf of Mexico. 110 Pass Drive sits along the bulkhead of West Pass. From here you can see it all!! Sunsets rise over the Lagoon and Gulf of Mexico and then set behind you on the same waterways in the afternoon! Thousands of fish congregate and move through the pass! The fishing is amazing!

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* Pets are allowed pending payment of a pet fee and signing a pet waiver.
* No smoking allowed.
* Private Pool - Pool Heat is available for an additional charge. Pool heating is available for guest comfort; however, outdoor weather conditions—such as cool temperatures, wind, or rain—can significantly affect the water temperature. While the heater runs continuously when activated, we cannot guarantee that any specific temperature will be reached or maintained. Please note that we do not recommend heating the pool when outdoor temperatures are expected to be 50°F or below, as the heater will struggle to raise or sustain the desired temperature in those conditions. Pool heat is refundable up to two days prior to arrival. Once activated, the fee is not refundable, as it covers the additional energy costs while the heater is operating. Thank you so much for your understanding. If you have any questions or would like guidance based on your stay dates, we're always happy to help!

There was some confusion on the advertising of the heated pool being included vs an extra charge to heat but for the most part this house was ideal forour group. Very well stocked with the necessary kitchen items and bath items but a little stingy on dish soap, dishwashing soap (two packets - we went through that in 2 days) and the paper products were a little cheap. We ended up buying Bounce papertowels and TP that was stronger/softer for our family members. House is beautiful and in a great location - unfortunately mother nature provided rain most of the time we were there but we still had a great time!

Host was very helpful. House was very clean and welcoming. Jitchen is well stocked. There seemed to be a bit of a shortage of silverware. I would reccomend a full length mirror on each floor. Perhaps in the hall. If you are getting ready to go somewhere special it would be very helpful.

Everything was nice except for the fact that we were told up front it had an evaluator but it didn’t. Also, went the whole time with No TV. Not good, especially with kids and someone in wheelchair that couldn’t get out and do anything. Don’t like that we couldn’t call support while we were there either. Texting was not a good way to communicate.
