This three-story retreat was built for relaxation, offering spectacular Gulf views. Whether you're soaking up the sun, unwinding with loved ones, or enjoying the soothing waves, this home is the perfect escape.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll love the welcoming layout. The ground floor features back patio access, a single-car garage, and an east garage converted into a hangout space. A two-person elevator adds convenience. Step outside to a covered patio with a pub table, dining table, and enclosed outdoor shower. The east garage includes a secondary fridge, game table, half bath, and cushioned seating. Fire up the propane BBQ grill for easy outdoor meals.

The middle level hosts four guest suites, each with an attached bath. Three of these rooms feature direct Gulf views and deck access.

Guest Bedroom 1: 1 King, twin, TV, Gulf views, deck access, and a five-piece bath with dual vanities, walk-in shower, jetted tub, makeup area, walk-in closet (with crib), and bidet.

Bonus area (top level): Open common space with a queen pullout sectional, TV, and direct Gulf view. French door access to the top-level deck.

The middle level also includes an elevator stop and a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience.

The top floor is where everyone will gather, featuring a massive open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with panoramic Gulf views. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, glassware, high-end appliances, and two large islands, each with four barstools. The dining table seats ten, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. This level also features the Master Suite, complete with a king bed, full day bed w/ twin trundle, TV, Gulf views, French door access to the top-level deck, and an ensuite bathroom. A second washer and dryer set is also on this level.
