There are good road links to the rest of south Shropshire including Ludlow, Much Wenlock and Shrewsbury, where you can enjoy anything from castles, festivals, and horse racing to the events at Theatre Severn. We had a lovely week in The Hurstings. The accommodation was warm and light, and had everything we needed and more. It is in a lovely location with the watermill and tea room a few steps away. The tea room does great cakes and lunches, and the tour of the watermill is fascinating. The Hurstings is an excellent base for day trips to Ludlow, Ironbridge, Shrewsbury and Tewksbury. Bridgnorth itself is a lovely town. We would recommend the food at the Royle but you do need to book.

Great property, exactly as listed. Very quiet area, and we all slept so well. Seeing the steam train travel across the bridge is a delight in itself. Communications with property manager also very good and fast response.

It is a nice property and good location. Only issue for us was low sloping ceiling in en-suites.
