We stayed here for one night before an early morning train to Fiumicino Airport, and it was exactly what we needed. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and having an elevator made things much easier with luggage. While it's not a luxury property, it offers excellent value and convenience. Termini Station and the bus terminal are just a 4–5 minute walk away. A great choice for a short stay in Rome.
There are a few cafes, restaurants and shops nearby, although we preferred taking the H bus to Trastevere. Overall, there wasn't anything we particularly disliked. If I had to suggest a few improvements, providing shampoo and conditioner, as well as a cup for toothbrushes would be a nice touch.

It was close to termini, the metro and a lot of busses. So the commute was really easy.
It had a distinct smell at the entrance

THE LOCATION - 5mins walk to the Roma Termini- close to attractions and 3mins walk to the bus going to the airport. The room is small but clean- bathroom has bidet- they provide shampoo, soap and towel. they have a lift so nothing to worry if you are carrying luggage.

Not clean,very thin walls.You can hear everything that neighbours are doing.
