La vicinanza alla stazione, la pulizia, la comodità dei cuscini.
Il modo di fare il check-in in un bar (seppur con camerieri simpaticissimi), il condizionatore decisamente vecchio, mezzo rotolo di carta igienica e il telo per la doccia a terra. La TV non funzionante. Ottima l'idea dell'acqua in frigo, peccato fosse frizzante soltanto.
