Florian Rooms Guest House

Fantastic location. Good value for money.

Slow responses when contacting the property via message. Loud at night, can hear everything so struggled to sleep.

The room was very clean, the bathroom was freshly tiled and the bed was comfortable. There is a lift for bags. The nightly chocolate on the pillow was a nice touch. An easy walk from the train station with bags and close to the Rome attractions. Plenty of restaurants handy.

Nothing to complain about. I didn't realise I was checking in at a restaurant a little down the road, it closes from 4pm to 6.30pm. I arrived about 4.10pm and they were closing up and were a little reluctant to check me in, initially told me to come back at 6.30 but then took pity on my travel weary state. If I had been a few minutes later and they were gone I would have been confused and unsure what to do. The room I had was very small- not much more than a arm span wide, but was more than adequate for what I needed for a couple of nights. Expensive for what you get , but that's Rome!

The location is excellent, short distance from the main terminus. Great restaurants around the corner.

The lift is a bit on the small side

Large room which was very clean and cleaned daily. Breakfast is Italian with Capuchino and croissant, except on Sundays when it is closed. There was the possibility to leave the luggage before check-in at the Caffè where you check in and the same after checkout.

There was an air conditioner that unfortunately did not work. The room was very noisy because the windows were not really soundproof. The rooms are located on the 4th floor and the elevator is very small.
