Very good room in a quiet building. Check-in and check-out was super easy. I never met the owners or staff but the room was always clean and tidy. Comfy bed, bright room, warm water, good wifi. Everything was pretty much perfect. The building is very close to Termini, in a quiet road with places to grab some food around and a small super market right around the corner.
A small fridge would be very welcome for the hot summer days. I clearly missed that in an otherwise perfectly comfortable room.

Location was great; very close to Termini station. Very convenient. The apartment was clean. They provided fresh linens after a couple of days. There was an elevator for heavy luggage but the property was only one floor up so stairs were easy.
Shower was a bit slick and the step out was a bit tall, with a slip risk exiting shower. A small intermediate step would help. Air conditioner didn’t cool the second room well. I found once I put it on circulate (baffle movement) it was better. Still, a secondary fan might help.

It was close to the train station and a big space.
The towels were not changed unless you wanted to pay for them to be changed. The only amenities were “shower shampoo” sachets.
