Aruba Condominiums opened in 2021 and is one of the newest oceanfront complexes in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida, offering upscale comforts and state of the art amenities. Just a couple blocks from the Dunlawton Bridge, Aruba is close to some of the area's best shopping and dining. Sunglow Pier, home of the locally famous Crabby Joe's restaurant, is just a short stroll away, and local surf shops, convenience stores, and beach parks are all within walking distance.
The expansive oceanfront pool is seasonally heated and surrounded by designer pavers and lush native Florida landscaping, creating a true oceanfront oasis. Other amenities at Aruba include on-site electric vehicle chargers, a spacious fitness center, and a club room.

The third bedroom is perfect for kids or extra guests, sleeping up to 4 with a twin over full bunk bed and a trundle bed.

Each unit has one reserved parking space in the secure underground garage. Aruba also offers electric vehicle chargers on-site, making it one of the few vacation rental options in the Daytona Beach area where you can charge your EV right where you stay. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles, but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request after your booking is confirmed.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation. I travel with Vrbo a fair amount this was the first time I had a third-party involved. I did not like having to stop at the management company to pick up the keys and a packet and then go back to the management company to drop things off.Prior to booking a drawing booking response times and getting questions answered was very quick. Once we checked in I had reached out about the Internet, we were told there was a specific Internet that we could use that was not available. I was there trying to work and my daughter was there trying to take online tests and we had to go elsewhere to use the Internet. I address this with the management company they again just told me the Internet that should be available but wasn’t. I also asked about beach chairs and umbrellas prior to the stay. I was told that the unit did not guarantee them, but they had storage and as long as someone returned them or didn’t break them they would be available to use. Could not find them when I got there and contacted the booking agency and was told that that unit did not supply them was a little disappointed with that.All in all the unit was very clean. It was very spacious. I would highly recommend it by myself. Just do not like going through a third-party and I did not like their turnaround time with answers.

Beach view of sunrise was great. Host was easy to get ahold of and answered all questions. Grandkids had a wonderful time in the pool.

The location,view and condo was great. The furniture in the living room and porch is very uncomfortable as it is vey low profile. The bed in the master needs a new mattress. We have stayed in VRBOs for over 10 years and this was the most uncomfortable. We left 4 days early because of it.
