Aruba Condominiums opened in 2021 and is one of the newest oceanfront complexes in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida, offering upscale comforts and state of the art amenities. Just a couple blocks from the Dunlawton Bridge, Aruba is close to some of the area's best shopping and dining. Sunglow Pier, home of the locally famous Crabby Joe's restaurant, is just a short stroll away, and local surf shops, convenience stores, and beach parks are all within walking distance.
The expansive oceanfront pool is seasonally heated and surrounded by designer pavers and lush native Florida landscaping, creating a true oceanfront oasis. Other amenities at Aruba include on-site electric vehicle chargers, a spacious fitness center, and a club room.

Each unit has one reserved parking space in the secure underground garage. Parking for one additional vehicle is available on the main level on a first come, first served basis, but only your assigned space can be guaranteed. Aruba also offers electric vehicle chargers on-site, making it one of the few vacation rental options in the Daytona Beach area where you can charge your EV right where you stay. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles, but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request after your booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For Airbnb guests, the cancellation policy shown on Airbnb applies, and we only need a copy of your ID for stays of 28 nights or longer. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. We needed a 4 bedroom condo for our large family. We felt like the condo was reasonably priced. The storage unit with beach equipment was greatly appreciated.

Excellent accommodations. The Aruba offers a seamless transition from the busyness of life into the serenity of vacation. Clean facilities, helpful staff, and a welcoming aroma as you enter. Suite 606 awakens the senses as the sound of the ocean echoes and the breeze blows gently. Sunrise and sunsets on the balcony remind you to slow down and be thankful. Make memories, and build traditions. We will be happy to stay again. The Carnicom's.

Daytona 500!This condo is perfect, in quiet safe area, easy access, very clean, directly on the beach. Beds are great and the waters hot, would highly recommend.

The apartment was clean and spacious. We had stayed in another unit of the building previously and thought we knew what to expect. Beautiful views, safe and clean.
We were disappointed in the provisions for our stay. For example, there were only two dishwasher tabs and half a small bottle of dish soap. We bought the identical bottle of dish soap for $1.89 and wondered why either a full bottle or half a regular sized bottle was not provided.
The vacuum worked fine but there were no other cleaning supplies available. Over the week we wanted to clean the kitchen, bathrooms and floors. One would think that the owners would want that too.
We also ran out of toilet paper. There was no salt, pepper sugar or any other basic condiments.
A little attention to amenities and a couple of bucks invested would have made our stay more memorable.
