Located just a couple blocks from the Dunlawton Bridge, Aruba Condominiums offers proximity to some of the areas best shopping and dining. Just a stone's throw from Aruba is the Sunglow pier home to locally famous Crabby Joe's restaurant. Local surf shops, convenient stores, and beach parks are also within a short walking distance.

The full bathroom holds a shower/tub combo and contains an additional entrance. The third bedroom has the ability to sleep up to 4 guests with a twin over full bunk bed and a trundle bed.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer. I travel with Vrbo a fair amount this was the first time I had a third-party involved. I did not like having to stop at the management company to pick up the keys and a packet and then go back to the management company to drop things off.Prior to booking a drawing booking response times and getting questions answered was very quick. Once we checked in I had reached out about the Internet, we were told there was a specific Internet that we could use that was not available. I was there trying to work and my daughter was there trying to take online tests and we had to go elsewhere to use the Internet. I address this with the management company they again just told me the Internet that should be available but wasn’t. I also asked about beach chairs and umbrellas prior to the stay. I was told that the unit did not guarantee them, but they had storage and as long as someone returned them or didn’t break them they would be available to use. Could not find them when I got there and contacted the booking agency and was told that that unit did not supply them was a little disappointed with that.All in all the unit was very clean. It was very spacious. I would highly recommend it by myself. Just do not like going through a third-party and I did not like their turnaround time with answers.

Our condo was very comfortable along with the perfect dining table facing the ocean.

The location,view and condo was great. The furniture in the living room and porch is very uncomfortable as it is vey low profile. The bed in the master needs a new mattress. We have stayed in VRBOs for over 10 years and this was the most uncomfortable. We left 4 days early because of it.
