Bedroom 1: King bed - Master Ensuite
Bedroom 2: Two full beds - direct access to bathroom
Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Bedroom 4: King bed - direct bathroom access
3 bathrooms complete with towels and toiletries for your use!
All bedrooms are equipped with flat-panel TVs, and the condo features three full bathrooms for added convenience. The unit is fully stocked with top-grade linens, cookware, pots, pans, and dishes, so all you need to do is bring the groceries and get ready to enjoy an unforgettable oceanfront stay.
Important Things to Note:
- Mandatory rental agreement and building registration must be completed and submitted at least 48 hours prior to arrival
- Two parking passes provided: One designated garage space and one top-deck space (first come, first served)
- Minimum age requirement applies
- Smoke-free property
- Pet-friendly property ($250 non-refundable pet fee will apply and 1 dog max with a 70lb weight limit)
- Maximum occupancy applies to all guests, including adults and children

The condo is beautiful! It is right on the beach so can watch the waves from the deck or easily walk out to the beach. They were so nice to bring us a pie for the holiday! Amenities are great!

This unit was exactly what I'd hoped it would be! I don't know if we we just lucky that they were rebuilding up the sand in our area, but there were no cars lined up on the beach at our access, which was a gamechanger compared to the looks to the north!

Very nice condo with excellent ocean views. All rooms were spacious and accommodated our party of 9 easily. Beach access was perfect (albeit construction on the beach made it a little cumbersome during our stay, no fault of the facility) and quiet. We would stay here again.
