Building deck, pool and hot tub are available! Direct beach access! This SE corner unit will delight you with it's fabulous views of the ocean and Halifax River. The large balcony has plenty of room for the entire family and features a built in Electric Chef grill. There is nothing better than grilling to the sights and sounds of the ocean waves. You'll also enjoy the the large rooms, All 3-bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. 2 king-size and 1-queen-size bed. 4 twin-size roll-away beds complete the sleeping arrangements for 10-occupants.
Ocean Vistas' fantastic pool deck, and state of the art fitness facilities! There is nothing else like Ocean Vistas on the beach. So if you want only the very best, this is the place for you.
At only an hour and 20 minutes from the Orlando theme parks (Disney, Universal, & Sea World), 1 hour and 15 minutes to Kennedy Space Center, and only 1 hour to St. Augustine, the nations' oldest city, Ocean Vistas is perfectly located to enjoy all that Central Florida has to offer.
A starter kit of household essentials is provided, including trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper, and paper towels. Additional supplies are the guest’s responsibility.
Guest have a central point of contact with Daytona Ocean Front Rentals and will also meet a host at check-in for a building tour prior to key transfer.
Check-in is from 4:00PM to 8:00PM EST. Late check-in from 8:00PM-12:00AM EST will incur a $100 service fee payable in cash onsite to the host prior to key transfer.
No check-in is allowed from 12:00AM-10:00AM EST.
Includes two parking spaces, one assigned space in north garage (6'6" max. clearance) and the other a floating space, also in the north garage.
Trailers are not allowed onsite. Please text after booking, but prior to arrival to inquire about rented offsite trailer parking.
No smoking allowed anywhere in the unit, including the balcony. If the unit is required to be deodorized due to smoking, there will be an additional $300 deep cleaning fee charged plus you could be liable for any lost rents from subsequent guests.
Pets at Ocean Vistas:
This is a “Pet Friendly” building. However, for the safety of all our furry friends, please have an updated copy of your pet’s vet records with pet’s weight and showing all immunizations are current.
No more than 2 pets are permitted in any 1 unit, no aggressive breeds are allowed, and there is an 80 LB combined size limit.
Building rules require guests to wear cover ups, shirts, & shoes in all common areas. I can’t say enough about this rental! We’ve stayed on the beach several times and this has been one of our favorites. The room, the view, the facility, the location, the owners ALL amazing! Such an easy process from start to finish, we couldn’t ask for anything else. If you’re looking for oceanfront with amenities and great hosts look no further. This is it! We’ll definitely return soon.
