About this apartment rental
You will fall in love with the views and the size of this 8th floor condo. A rare 4 bedroom condo with almost 3000 sq ft inside and another 400 sq feet in balconies. Enjoy dining outside with sweeping ocean views from the large table. There are incredible views from the balcony, the master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, the family room, the dining room and the kitchen. The master retreat is huge and features sliders to the balcony and a massive bathroom with garden soaker tub, separate shower, and double vanities. The gourmet chefs kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters and a wine refrigerator. All bedrooms are a good size and there are 4 flat screen TVs for your enjoyment. The Ocean Vistas building amenities are the best on the beach. The pool is heated year round and the hot tub, club room with pool table, oceanfront fitness center, fire pit, and business center round out the resort style amenities.

We have stayed at this property for the last four years. We have rented different units and they have all been great. This year we rented the same four bedroom unit that we rented in 2021. The first time we stayed in the unit it was wonderful, this time the unit was worn and needs to be cleaned. White couches, all chair covers and rugs need to be cleaned. Stains on all covers and the bedspreads need to be cleaned. No broom in the unit to clean up things that drop no the floor. We were also surprised that the ramp to the beach from the pool is closed. You have to access the beach though the parking garage - this did not create a secure building for all of the people staying at the property. Most of the time the garage door was open to the public and gave free access to the pool. Also this year for the first time there was no security present at the pool - No rules enforces. Even thro we have loved staying at the property this year was very different. To add to it Truck week started on Thursday - too much traffic on the beach - scary for families to be on the beach and all the loud trucks and load music did not make it any better.
