The condo was very nice. The unit itself is spacious and well kept. The building is also very well taken care of with nice amenities. Only complaints are that we could have used more sheets/bedding, most of the pots/pans need to be replaced, and the dining table is sticky as if the finish needs to be redone. A couple of things are in need of repair but nothing that affected our stay. We did not love the location…we didn’t realize that the building is farther from new Smyrna Beach than we have stayed before and it’s honestly a pretty sketchy area. The building next-door is basically scary. We also did not like being right next to the public beach access and where cars drive onto the beach, it made the beach much more crowded over the weekend.

The condo was fine and fit all of us well. When we arrived, we were met by a man who insisted on giving us a long tour of the property with an endless list of rules. We had been traveling since very early that morning with five kids. This was not the time to do this. All I wanted to do was sit down inside the condo (which was ready). Also… considering most people come from out of town, it was extremely disappointing not to have a cooler or beach chairs. Like what? A beach front condo without chairs or a cooler? The doors need cleaning with a magic eraser, black hand prints just ick. We made the best of our trip but likely will not return.
