About this house rental
Newly constructed, this townhome community is located directly across from the ocean off of A1A. Enjoy privacy in these townhomes with the beach just a quick walk away. Located in peaceful Daytona Beach Shores, Oceans 25 Townhomes are ideally situated. Located a quick drive or walk over is the Shores Community Center which hosts many activities including tennis and pickleball. Oceans Gulf Club is also about a 1 minute drive away. Publix Grocery Store is a 2-3 minute drive away as well as many beach-side parks. Many local restaurants and shops are located within a mile or two of these townhomes as well.
This unique rental property includes two, side-by-side townhomes. Meaning, you receive a total of 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, 2 two-car garages (4 vehicles in the garages total), 2 laundry rooms, a larger yard, and 2 kitchens. This is the perfect space for large groups who also like their privacy.
Each unit is furnished slightly differently but the layouts are the same. All of the bedrooms in both units include televisions and are on the second floor with everything else on the first floor. In the first unit, the primary suite holds 2 queen beds and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite primary bathroom features a double vanity, separate water closet, and spacious walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has one queen bed while the second guest bedroom has two twin bunk beds. There is a full guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo between both bedrooms.
In the second unit, the primary suite holds 1 king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite primary bathroom features a double vanity, separate water closet, and spacious walk-in shower. Both guest bedrooms hold one queen bed each. There is a full guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo between both bedrooms.
Heading downstairs in the both units you'll find the half bathrooms, kitchens, dining areas, and living rooms. The kitchens comes fully stocked for all your cooking needs and overlook the dining areas. The living rooms include comfortable furnishings, large smart TVs, and access to the patios. The patios include outdoor furniture and gas grills. You can also use the backyard to go between both units and feel free to spread out enjoy one big yard space between the two units.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud.
Please note that this townhome can accommodate up to 6 vehicle on-site or the motorcycle equivalent. There's 2, 2 car garages and then a additional vehicle may park in each driveway. We do not allow trailers or recreational vehicles to be parked on-site but we can refer you to an off-site parking company upon request which can accommodate both trailers and recreational vehicles.
Also to note that regardless of the refund received in the event of a cancellation the booking fee, although nominal, is never refundable.
To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

We stayed here for a business trip at the Convention Center just 4 miles up the road. Fantastic place and A LOT less expensive than hotel rooms in the area. Great value for money !

Nice property. Clean. Carpeting showing some wear. No real big issues. Check-in process is not real convenient. Would stay there again.

Pictures on VRBO show the beach but actually the view out the back is a water tank and the front view is a parking lot. I also assumed that the two units had access to each other but they are actually two separate units separated by a garage. Unit was cleaned before we came but stair carpets were very stained, bathroom wall was stained and drains in bathroom sinks were very slow to drain but eventually did. Also organizing the cabinets could help. Example: coffee cups would be better above coffee pot vrs in the farthest cupboard from coffee pot. Just some things to consider. The staff at Ocean 25 Townhomes were very nice. We also enjoyed the city and beach. Next visit we will make sure we get Ocean front and not look at pictures.
