The selling point of this rental is def the location. You can’t ask for a better location as you are directly on the beach. No walking across a street or down the block, you walk out the backyard door and walk down the walkway/ steps right on to the beach.
My only critic would be that the home needs some small updates, but in all honesty it was spacious, functional and had pretty much everything we needed.
