Enjoy dining outside with sweeping ocean views from the table. There are incredible views from the balcony, the master bedroom and the family room. The master bedroom boasts an incredible direct oceanfront view. The Kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances. I has all the amenities you would want including a Keurig. The kitchen overlooks the great room which features a 75" flat screen smart TV. All bedrooms are a good size and there is a flat screen smart TV in each for your enjoyment. The Aruba condo building is the newest on the beach with construction completed in February 2021. The pool is heated year round and the hot tub, club room, fitness center round out the resort style amenities.

We enjoyed our stay!! The condo itself had plenty of space for 6 of us. Even a couple more would be fine. The host responded right away if we had a question. There was plenty of space on the balcony for us to sit and watch the sunrises and sunsets. Although the photo of the balcony looked larger. Having the beach towels and then other beach items was fantastic. You could fly in town. They had things you could use on the beach!

Vrbo extra costs continue to increase which creates overpriced accommodations. Also, renting a 4 bedroom condo with 2 parking spaces is not realistic. While the property management found us a spot, it was not very close. Property management were awesome to deal with.

The cleaners could have cleaned the condo a little bit better and pictures of the balcony online were nothing like it was. Not the same furniture and balcony was a lot smaller.
