About this house rental
Welcome to our freshly 100% remodeled oceanfront corner unit on the 4th floor with unobstructed views of the ocean, our Heated pool and the pier from the huge private balcony! we are a corner unit with additional windows and views! We are also on the no drive beach section, so you don't have to worry about cars with the kids! Its a little slice of paradise!
This boutique complex offers tranquility, no drive beach, and the easiest walk to the sand you will find, yet we’re still near it all with souvenir shops restaurants crabby joes pier within walking distance.
The Master bedroom has a King bed with en-suite walk in shower, second bedroom has a Queen bed, with an additional full over twin Bunk bed. There is also a pull-out sofa in the living room. In unit laundry with a new washer and dryer and everything you'll likely need is there! We offer a 10% discount on weekly rentals. Discount is automatically applied at checkout!!!
Everything is brand new, beds, furniture, bathrooms, cabinets, counters, fixtures, TVs…. everything. It’s all new and designer styled from floor to ceiling and ready for your enjoyment. Come enjoy the best Daytona has to offer! Completely remodeled in July with all new flooring, cabinets, counters, Bathrooms, tv’s, ect. Everything completely updated with help from interior designer to ensure you have a relaxing peaceful stay!
You will have the entire unit at your disposal with the exception of the owners private closet. I am available via my mobile to answer any questions you may have, or make a recommendation for a good restaurant close by. We are directly beachfront on the no drive beach, yet many shops, dining, and activities within walking distance.
Their is 1 Covered, assigned parking spot ( #9) is provided. Additional overflow parking is available first come first served and is free as well. There’s lots to do within walking distance, but if you don’t wish to drive, Taxi and Uber are prevalent in the area as well. The condo is stocked with just about anything you could want for your beach vacation except for swimsuits and sunscreen. Towels, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, Umbrellas (yes they work!) sand toys, boogie boards. Come and enjoy a truly relaxing beachside experience!

The room is great and Mike is a great host! I marked the cleanliness as a 3 simply because there was external work going on at the condo complex that caused some chipped paint and trash to be flung around, but this isn’t to be a regular thing. The room itself was IMMACULATE and they did a great job decorating and cleaning. Great unit and will definitely be coming back!

We had a lovely week in this unit. The layout and furnishings were very pleasing. The complex is small but well maintained - someone was always working on repairs, painting, etc. Umbrellas or other shade around the pool would be a great enhancement for those of us who need some shade. We highly recommend this rental.

We loved our stay at the condo. This part of South Daytona is the perfect place to be close to everything but far enough away from the Daytona hussle and bustle. The no drive beach was fabulous and the pool was amazing and never busy!! The condo was very spacious the pictures do not do it justice. The balcony was perfect for morning sunrises and coffee. Mike checked in the first day with us and was available if anything popped up and we had questions. I cannot say enough for how amazing he was as a host! Everything we needed for the beach was stocked in the condo and ready to go. Publix right up the street, Crabby Joes in walking distance and the quiet of the no drive beach it was perfect!!
