New Listing! Come enjoy the lake this summer with all the fun at the ready. Cozy and comfortable guest house on Delavan Lake estate. Nice outdoor space with patio and grilling area. House is a short walk down the property to the lake, where a pier is available for you to access the lake and even dock your boat! Kayaks, yard games and even a fire pit all ready to make your stay enjoyable. Home's first floor has a fully outfitted kitchen, large dining room, powder room, living room with smart tv, wireless internet, desk, and even fun foosball and pinball games. The upstairs has three bedrooms, each with a king bed (and one with an extra twin), and a full bath. All linens are provided and all mattresses are new and extremely comfortable! Although we are new to VRBO, we have premier host status on other sites, so you can feel comfortable that we have thought of everything to make your stay great!!

Overall, our stay was wonderful! The dock was great and fit our boat perfectly. The kids caught quite a few fish from the dock as well.The paddle boards and kayak were another great option that the kids and ourselves took advantage of. The house was neat and clean and easy to find. It does sit a bit back from the lake and dock a fair ways but the host was very accommodating which made it easier with gear and coolers. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and would come back and stay again!
