Stunning property with 150 feet of Level frontage on Lake Ripley (no stairs from backyard to the pier). Enjoy gorgeous lake views from almost every room in the house, Entertain from your gorgeous patio with awnings and a built in grill. Brand new private pier, huge family room with bar and new wood floors, sunny dining room full of windows, large bedrooms upstairs with HUGE walk in closet with built in wall safe in primary bedroom. The neighborhood private beach is right next door and the park with playsets and bocce court right across the street. Experience just how amazing life at the lake can be! This was our third time staying at this property. We have found the guest experience to be great! The property hosts are attentive to our questions. The location, cleanliness, and the ease of the check-in process are all fantastic. We will be making another reservation shortly!

Really loved the setting and we had a great time .... but we had some significant difficulties that caused undue stress and discomfort:
1. We never received the access code through email per the VBRO communication. We needed to contact the manager for appropriate access late at night with a 5 month old. When we did get access, the access did not work again the following night when our family was returning from a reunion, also late at night. Each time, it took 15-30 minutes to reach out to the manager so we could get in.
2. The garbage cans in the garage were overflowing and had a ton of flies and really smelled. When we did get the garage access code to get into the house, the flies then came into the house. We probably killed 100 the next morning.
3. There were no towels in the master bedroom. When we went to the linen closet to get a towel, the one we got was covered in black mold stains. Recommend a deep cleaning for the home - baseboards, etc.
Wonderful setting and potential but the access and garbage were unacceptable for the price of the rental. It seemed that no one knew we were coming and had the place appropriately set up. Thank you.
