The Space:

🔸Enter the home with two steps. On the main level, there's one 1/2 bathroom, kitchen, dining, living room and fireplace room, as well as direct access to the screened porch from the game room.



🔹 The upper level has four bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.



🔸The lower level is host to our Wisconsin Supper Club themed game room with 65" TV, sofa seating, 4 arcade games, and shuffleboard table.

🔹Upon entering, you'll see the large family room to your left w/ a 65" Smart TV, large sectional sofa, two recliner/swivel coffee chairs, and a foosball table.



🔸A few steps away is the dining room with an 8 seat table, board games in the cabinets, and an eye catching wallpaper ceiling.



🔹Food lovers will appreciate our fully stocked kitchen w/ a large island, 2 barstools, granite countertops, & Viking appliances. Ideal for groups or families to mingle while you cook! Brew your complimentary coffee or heat some tea, and then relax in the living room swivel chairs or outside on the deck.



🔸A few steps off the kitchen is the fire place room where we've got a pool table, leather chairs by the fire, 65" smart TV, and barstool seating.



🔹From here, you can step outside into the screened porch overlooking the backyard and pool. Have lunch outside, watch TV, or keep out of the sun while others relax in the yard.



🔸Soak in the privacy of our backyard from the sauna, hot tub, pool, or pergola covered outdoor furniture. While you're at it, enjoy the yard games, playground, fire pit, and gas grill. The pool is kept at 85 degrees, and we have toys and life jackets on site. The pool is CLOSED October 2nd, 2026 and will reopen on May 7th, 2027.



🔹Outside the beauty of our home, the neighborhood is filled with nature, and walkable to Token Creek County Park. Orfan Park is a 5 min drive.



🔸After a day full of play, rest easy on the 2nd level with 4 bedrooms (8 beds) and two full bathrooms.



🔹For the competitors of the group, head downstairs to play shuffleboard or the arcade games while others can relax on the couch with a 65" smart TV.

Vehicle will be your best form of transportation.



Other Things to Note:

🔸 All overnight guests must be included on the reservation. If you plan to have additional visitors at the property during your stay (such as for a family gathering, birthday celebration, reunion, or hosting local friends), please let us know in advance. Day visitors are welcome with prior approval from the host, and will be charged a a $15 per person visitor fee through the booking platform after your reservation is confirmed. To ensure a great experience for everyone and to comply with our house rules, all visitors must be disclosed and approved before arriving.



🔹 Two pets maximum per stay (A pet fee will apply). But pets are not allowed in the pool or hot tub.



🔸 Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to inclement weather or personal emergencies. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. If this is a concern of yours, there's travel insurance for your stay through the booking platform.



🔹 Before your arrival, we kindly ask that you complete a quick guest verification through our trusted third-party provider, Guesty. This request is within the guidelines of this platform's terms and conditions, and helps us ensure a safe experience for our guests, and our properties are kept in great condition. It only takes about 2 minutes to complete.



🔸 We have two parking spaces in the garage and two in the driveway. Overnight street parking is available, but please prioritize garage and driveway parking out of respect for our neighbors.



🔹The pool will close on 10/2/2026 and will reopen May 7th, 2027



🔸We have a noise decibel reader on the interior of our home. This cannot and does not record audio. It picks up noise levels so that we can help eliminate unwanted activity in an effort to protect our home and neighborhood.
