Our fully renovated waterfront & beachfront cabin offers exquisite finishes and a perfect blend of comfort and adventure. Whether you're planning a family vacation, friends' trip, romantic getaway or any special occasion, Sunset Shores is your ideal cabin destination. Sleeping up to 16 guests with over 3,500 square feet of living space, 6 bedrooms, and ample privacy, your entire group will have plenty of room to gather and relax. The views from every window are truly unbelievable! Enjoy 60 feet of private lakefront and beachfront access, complete with a private dock. Plus a brand new game room and party zone. We can't wait to host you.

We provide an abundance of lawn chairs, extra coolers, footballs, Frisbees, and fishing poles with light tackle for your angling endeavors. This space is not heated in winter.
Baby/Kid Supplies:
-We understand the needs of families with little ones, which is why we have taken care to provide a range of baby and kid supplies. Take advantage of our high chair, booster seats, pack 'n plays, and an assortment of kid-friendly utensils, cups, bowls, and plates. For your convenience, we offer baby monitors, noise machines, and a vast selection of toys and books suitable for children of all ages.
Dog Supplies:
-Attention dog owners! We have you covered with a variety of amenities for your furry friends. Our provisions include crates, comfortable beds, bowls, leashes, and more. Please note that our accommodations are exclusively available for dogs, and we regretfully cannot accommodate cats. A nominal fee of $50 per dog per day applies.

1. PET POLICY: Prior approval from management is required for dogs, with a charge of $50 per day per dog. We regretfully cannot accommodate cats due to allergic family members.
2. A security deposit of $1,500 is mandatory. An email will be sent after your booking to collect your information. This deposit serves as a hold, with no funds being withdrawn from your account. The hold is placed one day prior to your arrival and released after your stay if no damages occur and the house rules are followed.
3. A rental agreement must be signed. An email will be sent after your booking to collect your information.
4. Refunds will not be issued for circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.
5. While our WiFi is typically fast and reliable, occasional spottiness may occur due to our countryside location.
6. Unauthorized guests, events, or exceeding the occupancy limits are strictly prohibited. No exceptions will be made. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction without a refund
7. For groups exceeding 8 people, there is an additional fee of $25 per person, per night. Although our maximum capacity is 16, these charges account for the extra costs of cleaning, laundering linens/towels, and wear and tear. We appreciate your understanding.
8. Prior approval is required for bringing a camper or tent. Additional fees may apply.
9. Despite our diligent efforts to combat bothersome insects through measures like monthly pest control, regular cleaning, and weekly trash services, be aware that when booking a home in nature you may encounter certain pests beyond our control. The presence of fruit flies, gnats, May flies, horse flies, mosquitoes, bats, mice, and other such creatures does not reflect on the cleanliness of our home. Despite our best endeavors, these small pests may occasionally appear.

Place was even better than described. We had 14 people for family reunion and plenty of space for everyone. Both game rooms and the beautiful backyard and fireplace kept everyone busy. Would highly recommend. Sunrise and sunsets were breath taking.

The amenities at this property were wonderful. You can go fishing, go for a bike ride, mini golf, play arcade games, pool, fooseball, lots of board games were also provided. The bonfire area was also really nice with a lot of chairs. The waterfront was beautiful. Communication with Emily was helpful, quick, and attentive. However, there are a few negative drawbacks to this house that would make me not stay there again. The dishwasher does not seal properly and it seems that they may possibly know about it given there is zip ties in the drawer next to the dishwasher. They offered to have someone come by the following morning but we were there for a book club retreat and it was quiet in the house, I didn’t want workers in the house. It rained Saturday night while we were there and there were decent sized puddles that formed in an area in the basement. Again, an issue i believe they know about since there are dehumidifiers right near. We contacted Emily right away regarding it, as we just put towels down and mopped it up. It wasn’t bad, nor did it necessarily take away from our experience, it just seems like an issue they should take care of. There are not enough lamps in the house, no bedside table lamps in main bedrooms and none in the living room. No dimmer lighting either that made for a bright experience all the time if you wanted a light on. no blinds in the living room or kitchen. Not enough paper items either for a house that sleeps 16, even for a starter pack.

Awesome lake view and very nice house overall. Lots of activities between fishing and bonfires. Would highly recommend if looking to getaway with family and friends.

Our group of 12 adults stayed here for a golf trip, and it was absolutely perfect! The house had plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was ideal — short drive to a great golf course. The hosts were fantastic, super responsive, and made sure our stay was seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend this property for large groups — I’d definitely come back!
