🔸After brewing your complimentary coffee or heating some tea, step outside onto the private deck overlooking the backyard and pool.

If you plan to have additional visitors at the property during your stay (such as for a family gathering, birthday celebration, reunion, or hosting local friends), please let us know in advance. Day visitors are welcome with prior approval from the host, and will be charged a a $15 per person visitor fee through the booking platform after your reservation is confirmed. To ensure a great experience for everyone and to comply with our house rules, all visitors must be disclosed and approved before arriving.
🔹 Two pets maximum per stay (A pet fee will apply). But pets are not allowed in the pool or hot tub.
🔸 Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to inclement weather or personal emergencies. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. If this is a concern of yours, there's travel insurance for your stay through the booking platform.
🔹 Before your arrival, we kindly ask that you complete a quick guest verification through our trusted third-party provider, Guesty. This request is within the guidelines of this platform's terms and conditions, and helps us ensure a safe experience for our guests, and our properties are kept in great condition. This home was a great place for our extended family to spend the holidays together. There was plenty of space for people to spread out and activities (games, pool, pickle ball) for kids and adults. My one critique is that the cooking equipment could be improved. For a large house meant for a big group, the number and size of pots and pans was not adequate.

This is One. Fantastic. Place! My adult sons, who grew up in Madison, and grandchildren (east coast & Texas) all converged here and everyone was blown away by the space and amenities. The games & entertainment options are incredible: pool table, ping pong, pickleball, arcade games, workout area PLUS sauna and hot tub! Beautifully stocked kitchen where we comfortably cooked a full Christmas turkey dinner and a dining room to accommodate us all for this festive gathering. My sons said: Ma, you picked a fantastic place! If you don’t love this place, there might be something amiss with you.
