Plenty of Sleeping space for Large Groups!
The house is well cleaned and we were able to cook and grill for the large group of 15 we had!

OVERALL:
Enjoyed our stay. Host (Grant) really nice, I didn't meet him but my sis in law met him and said that he is a nice guy. Grant responded promptly when I had questions via the vrbo app.
I was also getting txt messages giving us heads up of any subtle changes, instructions, and other infos/updates. Which was nice. They also allowed us to go past our check out time of 10 AM. We left 45 mins later.
We are already thinking, this property will be great to come back to in the summer, late spring, or next fall even. But I have a feeling this property is already booked for the whole summer. Lots of available outdoor activities for summer. Kayaks and paddleboards, Pantoon, floating diving platform available. Really nice!
Opportunities for improvement:
1. House was clean but could be better. There was a bunch of (what appears to be) dog hair in one of the showers upstairs.
***Not a big deal, understandable, host messaged that one of the cleaners called off, cleaners were short-staffed.
2. Water pressure in all the showers could be better.
***It could just be the showerheads, bec all faucets have good water pressure.
Love the house and the decor.
Lots of beds, sofa beds, plenty of couches. Love the sun room, and the outdoor set up; sitting area, firepit, relaxing, just looking out the lake.

Loved the space and location. Everything was clean when we got there. Only issue we had was with grill and we weren’t able to use. Had to make an alternative dinner but it worked out. Property owner indicated they would get a new grill.
