The stylish home features a game room in the basement with ping pong and air hockey tables, an arcade game, and karaoke machine that`s ideal for adults, teens and kids. Adults can enjoy drinks from the mini fridge and hang out on the reclining sectional sofa.

Adults can cozy up at the exterior propane firepit or relax in the hot tub on the spacious patio. Take your morning brew or evening cocktail overlooking the serene pond on the property.

The huge kitchen and dining area has a unique waffle bar with pancake mix and syrups provided. There`s also a convection oven, pizza oven, and mini-fridge in the basement entertaining and dining area for late night meal snacks! The waffle bar is stocked with non-perishable food items including chocolate syrup, syrup and waffle mix for each guest. Feel free to bring your favorite toppings to add such as fruit, nuts, sprinkles, whip cream etc!

After breakfast, walk down to the children`s playroom filled with toys and games. Then gather for a photoshoot in front of the Instagrm worthy wall - perfect for capturing the whole gang! In the evenings, watch a movie on the 65` Smart TV in the basement, or play an arcade game in the game room.

With 6 beautifully designed bedrooms, this home provides hotel-style comfort with plenty of privacy. All bedrooms have new memory foam mattresses, and four bedrooms have 43` Smart TVs. All Smart TVs are set up in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services.

Master (Bedroom 1): Queen bed. 43` Smart TV. Attached full bathroom with a soothing soaking tub and large tiled shower. Bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Double closets and large dresser. Two twin rollaway beds with new memory foam mattresses are stored in this room.

Bedroom 2: Two queen beds. Entrance requires walking through twin bunk room. 43` Smart TV. Attached full bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Large closet.

Bedroom 3: Twin bunk beds. Desk, lamp and desk chair. Cabinets and stand alone clothes storage.

The half bath is located in the back hallway across from the laundry area.

Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen. A starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap, and toilet paper are provided.

Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A 12 cup coffee maker and Keurig are available, and we provide a starter set of ground coffee, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia.

Laundry is available on site. For your convenience, laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked.

Guests have access to the entire home and exterior property space, with the exception of locked closets and locked exterior `Prairie Home` building.

We are available as needed for guests! Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.

The grill is located behind the house, and grill utensils are located in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is located in the garage. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.

$350 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.

This home is in a rural location that has quick access to Hwy 41 to head south to Appleton or north to Green Bay. It is surrounded by farm fields and is next to GFL sanitation, so you may hear and see trucks coming and going during the day.

If a guest is under the age of 25, or if most of their group is under the age of 25, they may be required to submit photo IDs of everyone in the group and pay a security deposit for the booking to be approved.

- No candles or open flames allowed in the home.
- Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.
- Please be respectful of neighbors when using outside spaces, music and noise should be kept to a minimum after 10pm and before 6am.
- Property has exterior cameras for security of guests and property. Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front door and yard, back door and yard, side yards, garage and driveway areas. Recording occurs 24/7. No exterior cameras can view any interior spaces. No interior cameras. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Tampering or disabling of wifi can result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Please remove your shoes when in the home.
- Check-out is at 10am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 10am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 per hour if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out.
- Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Refunds will not be issued after check-out for any problems or issues that were not reported during the stay.
- Any violation of Airbnb terms of service or house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Trip insurance is recommended with your stay as the cancellation policy does not include covering for sickness or weather circumstances. Please see Airbnb`s strict cancellation policy for further details.
- We do not refund any credit card fees for reservations canceled by guest.
