This was our second year at the perch. It was again an awesome stay for our extended family with a safe fun beach for the little kids, a dock and boat for water fun for the big kids, and a deck overlooking this from which grandma could watch. There is plenty of space for eating, lounging, and sleeping. The kitchen has everything you need. Hosts were responsive and helpful. And the view is great!

This was a great house for a large family vacation. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, and boat. This was truly a relaxing vacation with everything we needed right at the house!

The place was perfect and our ladies had a great time! Everything went really well and the beds and bathrooms were excellent . We were able to use the canoe and kayaks and the amount of chairs and everything was great! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay - we will definitely be back!
