Guests will have access to everything on the premise during their stay. There will be a door code access for the duration of their stay.

For a unique experience, enjoy a scenic 10-minute boat ride up the lake to discover a variety of restaurants. This location is perfect for family gatherings and creating unforgettable memories, with endless opportunities for fun throughout the year.
Getting Around:
Getting around is easy! This stunning lake house offers free parking on the premises. For those arriving by air, the property is conveniently located. Major transit hubs and airports are within driving distance, allowing for easy access to and from the property. Explore the surrounding areas with ease, knowing you have a comfortable base to return to.
Other Things to Note:
Waivers will be sent out and needed for access to the Pontoon Boats. There will be special instructions for kayaks and inflatables. Life jackets are recommended for adults, but are mandatory for all children under the age of 12 and anyone using the inflatables. Children are to be supervised when in the lake. There is no life guard on duty and it swim at your own risk. (PONTOON AND INFLATABLES GONE FOR THE SEASON)
Guest are required to fill Pontoon boats to full before leaving or you will be charged price of fuel plus $50 service fee. (PONTOON GONE FOR THE SEASON)
INFLATABLES GONE FOR THE SEASON. Inflatables obstacle course is only available for use for guests of Island Bay #3 and Island Bay #4,
Please shower before entering the hot tub.
Please strip the linens, comforters and throw blankets off of the beds on each floor that were used. Please place the bedding and any used towels in front of the laundry area before leaving.

Beautiful, spacious home with lots of bedrooms, bathrooms & fun lake amenities! Communication with the host was easy & with quick response time!We had 12 adults for our extended family vacation over the 4th of July. Everyone had plenty of room! The floor plan is a little spread out with 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms in the front section of the house & then 2 floors with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms on each floor in the back of the house. Both kitchens are fully stocked with everything we needed to make meals. The house was very clean with cute decorations & a beautiful view of the lake. Having the pontoon boat right at our dock was fantastic! The inflatable obstacle course was a blast & the kayaks were really fun to explore the lake! We all enjoyed the hot tub to relax in after a day full of fun!These homes are very new so grass in the backyard is still growing & there aren’t many trees to give you privacy from your neighbors. We had great neighbors at both houses surrounding ours so it wasn’t a problem but the houses are very close. Also, since this lake is more of a reservoir it is pretty shallow & getting under the overpass in the pontoon each day to access Case Rock Lake was a little tricky with all the rain we’ve had & high water levels. Overall we had a wonderful time! Make sure to pack your bug spray as mosquitos love lake houses! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!
