Eagle’s Nest Guest House II is a newer build and just like Eagle’s Nest Guest House I, has been built out to comfortably host groups of 8-24 or less where up to 16 guests have their own bed within their own private home. NO BUNK BEDS! The stacked floor plan featuring 4 bedrooms each w/ensuite bathrooms plus a Bunkhouse room and amenities cater to golf groups, weddings, families visiting the Dells, and weekend warriors all the like. It’s a comfortable, convenient, and affordable stay that is tastefully decorated with personality and modern furnishings. The newly vinyl sided house is on approximately 11 acres privately situated in the woods (just due West of Eagle’s Nest Guest House I) and is approximately 3,000+ sq. ft. including 4 bedrooms, 5 ½ bathrooms with lasting hot water and great water pressure, 8-16 beds, 1 rec room, fully equipped kitchen, 7 flat screen smart TVs w/HD, front porch with ping pong and pool table, grill and fire pit with chairs in the front yard, key coded entrance (no keys necessary), ample parking, and much more!

The Bathrooms
There are 5.5 bathrooms including 4 new full baths (shower/OVERSIZED soaking tub) in each of the 4 Suites, a full bath (shower) in the Lower Level Bunkhouse area, and a half bath on the Main Level Living area. GREAT water pressure.

The Kitchen
The kitchen on the Main Level is equipped with a commercial grade prep table for cooking, refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, and a dishwasher. It includes flatware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, glassware, and staple pantry items/spices/condiments. A coffee pot and Keurig are available as well as your basic small kitchen appliances. A bar table and stools looks out to the front yard, and two slider patio doors to the furnished front porch makes it easy access to enjoy outdoor dining.

The Living Room
The living room on the Main Level has a high vaulted ceiling with lots of natural light. It's outfitted with a large flat screen smart TV w/ HD and is connected to the dining room in an open concept that feeds into the kitchen. There are three sofas (2 queen size modern sofa beds and 1 queen size Murphy bed) along with 2 hefty dining tables that can comfortably seat 14. On the Lower Level Bunkhouse, there's another living area outfitted with a large flat screen smart TV, and 5 twinXL Murphy beds.

Other Rooms
The attached heated front porch is outfitted as a game room featuring large flat screen smart TV, ping pong and pool table, cornhole, ice chest, and patio furniture. Feel free to use the grill in the front yard (grilling utensils in the kitchen) and fire pit with Adirondack chairs to toast s’mores!

FYI
The lower level, main level, and two main level bedroom suites, Augusta & PGA, each have their own thermostat to adjust temps as needed. Our guest house will be clean when you arrive and will be cleaned & disinfected after your departure.

Guest Access
Front door is key coded so no fuss with losing keys! Guests have full access to the entire house, the screened in front porch, front yard fire pit/chairs, and BBQ grill.

Interaction with Guests
The amount of interaction we have with you is entirely up to you! Mackenzie is always available via call/text or email should you need anything at all. She's happy to give you tips for places to visit nearby or local directions.

The Neighborhood
Easy on/off access to main highway surrounded by a wonderful golf course community, and only 2 miles down same road to the entrance of the new golf resort, Sand Valley. We LOVE how quiet it is as you can hear all that nature has to offer. During your visit, it’s very likely outside that you’ll see deer, birds, squirrels, wild turkeys, chipmunks, raccoons, rabbits, frogs, lizards, and foxes. The neighborhood is ideal for taking walks too or just sitting on the deck and soaking in nature. Lots of local bars/pubs/restaurants within a 5 mile radius serving Wisconsin’s finest: cheese curds, beer, & brats (and fish fry on Fridays!)

Getting Around
Please park in the driveway and/or designated parking spaces. Plenty of parking available on property but please don't park anybody in as it's one shared driveway between the barn tenants and ENGH I. ENGH II, ENGH III, and ENGH IV have their own separate driveway entrance. Adams County is heavily populated with wildlife, especially DEER! Highways 21 and 13 (the main highways to get to Eagle's Nest Guest House) are NOT lit up with street lights so use your high beams liberally while traveling at night!!

Do you provide any transportation services?
Shuttle service is available by appointment only to Sand Valley, local bars, and restaurants. Please contact Golf's Trusted Transport at 715-600-1569. Unfortunately we are too rural for Uber, Lyft, or any kind of local taxi service!

Do you provide any cleaning service?
There is no daily housekeeping service unless requested at time of booking for an additional fee (email for more specifics). While clean linens and bath towels are included in the guest house, a daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Our guest house will be clean when you arrive and will be cleaned & disinfected after your departure. The $275 one time cleaning & restocking fee includes up to 6 hour cleaning/laundering of the entire guest house and restocking items.
