About this house rental
With a HUGE beach and 8-bedrooms, this lakehouse is a rare find! Perfect for multi-family gatherings! Two separate, yet connected, houses give you the space to both gather and spread out. We strive to provide all the extras so everyone is entertained and you can relax. Our guests say we "have thought of everything!"
The lake has a gradual increase in water depth, clear water, and clean sand (no muck or lily-pads) makes this a perfect getaway for families with children of all ages!
Multi-family vacationers or group getaways will love this property with access to two 'houses' (connected internally, but can be separated for additional privacy) for a total of 8 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 kitchens, and 2 living spaces.
Located on Pine Lake, just off of the popular Chain O' Lakes in Waupaca, WI, this property is easily accessible from Appleton (45 min), Oshkosh and EAA (45 min), Stevens Point (40 min), Sand Valley Golf Resort (1 hr), and Nordic Mountain (20 min)! It is also a great getaway from Madison (1.5 hours), Milwaukee (2 hrs), and Chicago (3.5 hours).
About the Property:
- 2 units (upper approx 1400 sq ft and lower approx 2000 sq ft), EACH with 4 bedrooms, full kitchen, and 2 bath
- Lower unit includes large kitchen and living space overlooking this beautiful lake
- Large flat-screen Smart TVs and WiFi in each unit
- 2 private fishing docks
- Huge patio with grill, outdoor bar, and furniture
- 30 x 105 ft grassy area by the lake - perfect for yard games, fires, and lounging
- Bath towels and bed linens are provided. Renters are asked to bring beach towels and toiletries
- Summer Activities: Paddle-board, kayaks (2), and paddle boat as well non-water activities, including fire pit, fishing poles, and sand toys available at the property for you to use
- Winter Activities (please provide your own equipment): Snowshoe, Sledding, Ice Skating, and Ice Fishing
- Year Round Activities: Board games, cards, and books available for use
- Accessibility: The 2 units are connected internally by a set of stairs. There are 4 total floors. The 3rd floor is accessed from the driveway entrance, leaving 3 flights of stairs connecting the driveway/entrance to the water (2 flights necessary to access patio). Please contact the owners for specific questions about accessibility!

- Crystal-clear water from this spring-fed lake
- No wake before 10a and after 5p - perfect for motor sports during the day and fishing or paddle-boarding in the morning or evening
- Great fishing! 137 acre lake, 48 ft lake depth with Panfish, Largemouth Bass and Northern Pike
- Boat landing available off of W Pine Lake Rd
- Jet Skis available from Fremont Watersports Rentals and boats may be available from Mark's Quality Marine or Becker Marine. If you are interested in renting, please call these businesses to confirm whether they will deliver the boats to the lake or allow for pick-up of their boats for transport to a different lake. Additionally, many other places offer rentals on different lakes close to the property.

We returned for a second time and had a wonderful stay. The lake is beautiful. There were lots of boats and beach toys to keep us busy. The deck is amazing for hanging out. Communication with the host was great. I slept in a king bed that was very comfortable.
