Sprawling Cabin Estate with Hot Tub and Games

Eagle Bluff Estate is a 5,500 sq ft log lodge and attached cabin on six private wooded acres near Castle Rock Lake, built for reunions, celebrations and multi-family trips. Sleeps 25+ (groups larger than 25 need approval before booking). Ten bedrooms and six full baths give most guests their own room, while two kitchens, four living rooms, a hot tub, a fire pit and a game room bring everyone together. Dog-friendly, about 20 minutes from Wisconsin Dells.

The Space
Two connected log buildings, the Lodge and the Cabin, joined by a breezeway. Great for reunions, milestone birthdays, holidays and friend getaways; night owls and early risers can each have a building.

• Fire pit with seating at the back of the property, propane gas grill, balcony, two screened porches, open yard, outdoor dining and picnic table

Kitchens: two fully equipped kitchens with cookware, blender, toaster and spices; air fryer and dishwasher on the Lodge side. Keurig (bring your own pods) and a 12-cup drip coffee maker with coffee provided.
Longer stays: dedicated work desk with strong Wi-Fi; washer and dryer in the Lodge basement with starter detergent.

Additional: full sofa sleeper, 3 queen futons (ideal for kids and teens) and a sectional with 3 recliners. Futon areas are open spaces without doors.

Good to Know
• Stairs throughout, including steep stairs to the Lodge basement (laundry and game room)
• Rural, wooded setting: expect insects, especially around the screened porches
• Private well and septic system: large groups should stagger showers and laundry

Guest Access
Your group has private use of the entire estate: the Lodge, the Cabin, the breezeway, the screened porches and the wooded grounds. Self check-in is by smart lock; your unique door code arrives 24 hours before check-in once guest verification, the rental agreement and the security deposit are complete. Luggage can be dropped in the breezeway before check-in. Five locked owner closets are not part of the rental.

Interaction
We will not be present on the property, but we are always available through the messaging app if you need anything.

Other Details
• Guest capacity: the rate includes up to 16 guests; each additional guest is $35 per night. Groups over 25 need approval before booking. Confirm your final headcount at least one week before check-in.
• Events: small gatherings such as micro-weddings, reunions and milestone celebrations need prior written approval before booking. Open-invite parties are not permitted.
• Minimum booking age: the primary booking guest must be at least 21 and must stay at the property unless specifically approved in advance.
• Hot tub: the booking guest signs our hot tub agreement in the guest portal before arrival. Rinse off first, no glass, supervise children, replace the cover after use.
• Dogs: welcome with prior approval; $125 per dog, per stay; maximum 3 dogs; dogs over 50 lb require manager approval. No cats or other animals. Service and emotional support animals: no pet fee. Service animals: no approval, not counted toward the limit.
• Owner closets: five locked closets, not part of the rental and off-limits to guests and visitors at all times, each signed "Private owner's closet. Please do not open. Thank you." Locations: Cabin main level, right of the stairs; Cabin upstairs loft, outside the upstairs bathroom; Lodge basement laundry room; Lodge main-level kitchen (the middle door of the three kitchen closets); Lodge upstairs loft, next to the desk.
• Security: one exterior camera at the corner of the Cabin, to the right of the breezeway and air conditioners (as you face the house), pointed at the driveway. There are no interior cameras.
• Noise monitoring: three Minut noise monitors (Cabin living room by the pool table, the breezeway and the Lodge living room) measure sound level only (decibels); they do not record audio.
• Wildlife: expect deer, turkeys and bats. Observe from a distance and do not feed animals.
• Essentials provided: linens, towels, hot tub towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and starter dishwasher and laundry detergent. Beach towels and firewood are not provided.
• Before arrival: complete our Short-Term Rental Agreement and guest verification (government-issued photo ID and identity confirmation through our secure Hospitable guest portal), at least 72 hours before arrival to avoid delays in receiving check-in instructions.
• Security deposit: a refundable $750 deposit is collected through the guest portal about 2 days before check-in for Airbnb, direct and other eligible reservations, and refunded about 2 days after checkout when there is no damage, excessive cleaning, missing property or rule violation. VRBO reservations follow VRBO's platform-managed security-deposit process.

House Rules
• All overnight guests and day visitors must be disclosed in advance
• Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM
• Smoking and vaping are allowed outdoors only, away from the house, with windows and doors closed so no smell gets inside; never indoors, including the breezeway and screened porches
• No illegal substances or underage drinking
• No fireworks anywhere on the property
• Park only in the driveway; no parking on the grass unless specifically approved
• Dogs over 50 lb require manager approval; clean up after dogs indoors and outdoors
• Keep fire-pit fires small and contained, burn firewood only, and avoid fires during windy conditions
• Clean the grill after use
• Do not move indoor furniture outside
• All trash, including recyclables, goes in the dumpster at the far side of the driveway; keep the dumpster area clear on pickup day
• Do not tamper with security cameras, noise monitors, Wi-Fi equipment, smoke/CO detectors or other safety equipment
• Early check-in/late checkout: book in Guest Portal, $25/hr, up to 4 hrs
Significant violations, including unauthorized parties or events, exceeding the approved guest count, entering owner closets, illegal activity, or tampering with security or safety equipment, may result in additional charges and may result in termination of the stay.
Charges may apply for property damage, smoking remediation, unauthorized pets or guests, hot tub misuse, excessive cleaning or trash, missing items, or other costs caused during the reservation.

Neighborhood
Eagle Bluff Estate sits among tall pines, local wildlife and quiet country roads, perfect for morning walks or campfire evenings under the stars. Despite the secluded feel, shopping, dining and family attractions are under 20 minutes away. A small, secluded beach near the dam is about a half-mile walk.
