Fully renovated two-story suite with new flooring, paint, and furnishings! This large, comfortable space is perfect for families and friends to relax after a day exploring Wisconsin Dells. Conveniently located, you can reach any Dells attraction in 15 minutes or less. Right across from Trappers Turn Golf Course, it's ideal for a weekend getaway. The Space:
This suite boasts 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and 1 half bathroom. Furnished with a variety of bed sizes in each room, smart TVs (with all streaming apps), refrigerator, microwave, dishes, paper products, soap essentials, drip coffee maker, first aid kit, and linens. Enjoy the sleek, modern feel with brand new LVP flooring throughout!
Please note, maid service is not available, and only starter supplies of paper products, soap essentials, and linens are provided. Pet-friendly property— all rooms welcome pets.
Guest Access:
Guests will access the suite on the back side of the front building by using a smart lock. Codes will be provided to guests 1 day before their stay. Each unit has a private entrance.
Getting Around:
Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available in the area for convenient transportation.
Other Things to Note:
Used to be called Fairview Motel and there is no manager onsite for the property. All access is done via smart locks on each private entrance. Parking is available onsite in the back lot provided for four vehicles. There may be light construction during the week as we update the property.
Please note pets are welcomed at this property, but if your pet causes any disturbance you will be issued a verbal warning. If disturbance continues you will be asked to leave the property. Pet fees are in place because we do not have an additional cleaning fee for pet friendly stays. This fee covers our cleaning teams time for additional cleaning needed from our fury friends.
Guest is responsible to bring their own coffee - maker takes traditional coffee grounds and has a built in filter.
If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.

This unit is professionally managed by Patriot Properties. Please communicate directly through your booking platforms messaging system. If necessary, call the main office line to contact management, after hours emergency information will be available at the main office number.

The location was great! A lot of space for the 15 of us to be together.Pros: clean and very nice bathrooms, very comfortable beds, well stocked with towels and kitchen wear.Cons: two of the doors leak when it rains, could have a larger kitchen table (only seats 6), needs more seating in the living room area, could have had more garbage bags. The back porch makes the site look a little sketchy and could use some updating.The cleaning service apparently hasn’t washed the floors in a long time. You don’t notice it until you walk in bare feet or white socks. The windows and sills could use some cleaning too.

Plenty of room , love that there are multiple bathroom’s, great location, we liked that it wasn’t down town, would definitely recommend it for a large family or group, could use a few more chairs

Overall, this property was great for my family! There was 12 of us, and it was pretty spacious. We had a couple of concerns when we arrived. However, the host Chris was very great with communicating and resolving concerns in a timely manner. Would stay again next time we visit the Dells!
