- This property sleeps 11 guests in 7 beds, with room for up to 12 guests total by using the seasonal pool house. The pool house is not available for guest use in the winter

Nice weekend getaway for a large group of friends. Clean house and lots of room both indoors and out for hanging out. The river view was peaceful and the pool was fun. Minor comments is one of the bedrooms only has a half wall so any noise from the living room can be heard easily.

Overall we had a great stay! Property is wonderful and had activities for all ages! The pool chemicals were thrown off due to the storms the day we arrived and several of us got rashes. The property manager came out the next day and fixed that and we were fine the rest of the time! Her responsive was wonderful.One of the main bedrooms is not technically a bedroom the wall is not a full wall and at the top opens into the living room. This caused a problem for us since we go to bed at different times. The mattress in that room needs to be replaced there were massive sagging where you sleep which caused a lot of back pain! We spent most of our time fishing, kayaking, swimming and cooking! Great family vacation!

Positive clean open floor plan. Comfy beds and nice bathrooms. Pool a plus Negative hot water pressure and old bath towels. Broken shade awnings by pool and awnings over back porch. Grill was really dirty My friends and family rent homes 4 times a year. We rent 10 bedroom homes and small ones like this. In my experience the cost per day, cleaning fees and other fee's make this rental overpriced.
