Cozy, quaint and evoking all the beauty of Rock Lake, this vacation rental promises an idyllic stay! The 4 bedroom , 2.5 bath features gorgeous Rock Lake Views from the front and direct Glacier Drumlin Trail access in the back! Located directly across from the boat launch makes it super easy to drop in your kayak (2 are provided!) or put in your boat for a day on the lake! Visit local attractions like Sandy Beach, Aztalan State Park, Lewis Station Winery, Tyranena Brewery, shop the "Norman Rockwell-ish" downtown and catch a Friday night fish fry at one of many local restaurants.

We had a great time and the property is just as advertised! It was very clean and well-stocked. Stacy was easy to work with and very helpful. We hope to be back next year!

Property was as described. Location was good. Went on 16 mile bike ride on Glacial Drumlin trail. There was a heavy rain one day but house stayed dry inside. Used kayaks one day.

Pros: Loved our stay at this beautiful home. Access to fishing behind the home and a 5 minute walk to the west bridge was convenient. Big backyard and friendly neighbor next door. Although they were loud and partying we enjoyed the free music in the background. It was memorial weekend so who cares?
Friendly host but my review is solely based on the days spent there.
Cons: these were the amenities that were described but couldn’t deliver. Also a big factor for me to choose this place. Somewhat disappointed
1) kayaks were available but not enough paddles. There was only 1 so we didn’t get to use them b/c no one wanted to go solo.
2) There wasn’t really a fire pit, more like a dump for used charcoal.
3) Grill was hidden in garage so didn’t get to use that either. Barely any charcoal provided so we didn’t bother checking any further.
There were also a lot of dead flies, bugs and spiders laying around the home. Not sure if they cleaned up properly. Also after our stay they found dog food and we didn’t even have any pet with us. I don’t think the cleaning crew does a good job with that place.
