About this house rental
This 4-bedroom, 2-bath home comfortably sleeps 8 and has a full kitchen and living area, plus an amazing patio on the water. Features include WiFi, air conditioning, Direct TV, kayaks, paddle boards, fire pit, gas grill. Our home is 1/2 hour to downtown Madison, WI. This is perfect for a fun weekend getaway with friends and family!
Boat/Jet ski dock available at home. The boat launch is free and a 1/4 mile away. If you would like to rent a pontoon or boat, you can do so about a 1/4 mile away as well.
There is a great supper club nearby as well as various bars and restaurants on the lake with live music at multiple locations on the weekends.

Awesome view of the Rock River from inside and out! Place met our needs. Property needs a little TLC. Would be nice to have basic paper products (paper towels, napkins, Kleenex.)
Many nice restaurants in the area.

We enjoyed our stay overall, the house is cute and in a nice location, but it was VERY disappointing that the 4 beds that were listed as being queen size were only twin. ALL THE BEDS ARE TWIN SIZE except for the master bedroom king size. Someone had to sleep on the living room sofa because of this. Also, our group is very tall and the twin beds were not a good fit, obviously. We would have chosen a different location if we would have known. I don't understand why the listing was so inaccurate. We also moved the large dining room table under the ceiling fan because the ceiling is low and people were whacking their heads as they walked by. We put it back, but I would suggest rearranging that room.
