Very spacious place with plenty of room for your group. We have a porch with a gas grill , large back yard , Fireplace .....and access to just about anything.....restaurants, movie theater, spa, Wine Bar, Grocery Stores, Brewery, park, walking path, gym, etc.....all within walking distance (1-3 blocks)
.... and only 6 miles from the Capital and downtown madison, Badger stadium and university.
30 minutes from Cascade Mountain for those ski/snowboard guests
45 minutes from Wisconsin Dells (all Freeway Driving)
50 minutes from Devils Lake / Devil Head Mountain for hiking and downhill skiing/snowboarding.
15 Minutes from Lake Mendota and Monona.

This is a keypad entrance.....and a very safe neighborhood. Parties are not allowed.

This house was very comfortable and spacious for our group of 5 in town to celebrate my youngest son’s graduation from UW. It was perfect for a late Saturday night dinner where we grilled burgers vs the stress of getting a dinner reservation on such a busy weekend. We also gathered for Sunday brunch before everyone headed home. Thank you to Tami who immediately addressed a few issues/questions we had upon arrival and allowing us to check out late and spend a little extra time together on Mother’s Day
